Gaelic in the Community
Sradagan
Sradagan, a Gaelic youth group, is run by the parents' management committee (CnP) for children who attend the Gaelic primary unit. The group meets once a week on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7.30pm. The aim of the group is to enable children to use their Gaelic outwith the school environment.

Club Gàidhlig Obar Dheathain
Club Gàidhlig Obar Dheathain (Aberdeen Gaelic Club) runs Gaelic learner classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at Harlaw Academy and works in conjunction with the Gaelic Learners Association (CLI) to run Gaelic weekend courses.
The Club was set up 5 years ago by some of the Gaelic community in Aberdeen. It has organised various concerts with artists which have included Julie Fowlis and friends, Christine Primrose and Brian O hEadhra. It has also worked with Aberdeen University Celtic Society and organised several cèilidhs with bands including Deoch n Dorus, Skipinnish, Skerryvore and Cherry on the Cream cèilidh bands.

Opening times
Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.15 - 11.10am. Gaelic learner language classes are run on a Friday morning for parents.
