City Centre Urban Realm Strategy
The Aberdeen City Centre Urban Realm Strategy sets out a vision for transforming Aberdeen - concentrating on it's centre - into a vibrant, multi-use capital of the North-East. It aims to enhance the city centre as a world-class location for business, for living, for working, and to explain what changes will be needed to achieve this.
The Strategy has been developed by the Aberdeen City Centre Partnership, which Aberdeen City Council is a member, along with:
- Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce
- Aberdeen City Centre Association

The Urban Realm exhibition
Aberdeen Art Gallery hosted the exhibition 'City Futures, Urban Lives'. The exhibition put on show display panels illustrating proposals for changes to the city centre. Visitors were invited to comment on these, and the resulting feedback helped to influence the development of the Strategy document above.
