After application of the election rules the below candidate has been duly elected to represent the Dyce/Bucksburn/Danestone ward of Aberdeen City Council: 

 

Graeme Lawrence, Aberdeen Labour.  

The Dyce/Bucksburn/Danestone by-election followed the death of Councillor Avril Mackenzie. 

 

Aberdeen City Council comprises 45 council seats across 13 wards.

 

Dyce/Bucksburn/Danestone is represented by four elected members, with Councillor Gill Al-Samarai, Councillor Barney Crockett and Councillor Neil MacGregor continuing to serve.
