Objections and representations

Anyone can object or make a representation to an application. If you wish to do this, you must lodge a written notice of objection or representation with the Clerk to the Licensing Board no later than the date specified in the advert. It is your responsibility to make sure that the Board has received your objection or representation on time. You can lodge it by: 

  • Delivering it by hand to Licensing, Legal Services, Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen.
  • Posting it (by registered, recorded or special delivery post) to Licensing, Legal Services, Aberdeen City Council, Business Hub 6, Level 1 South, Marischal College, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1AB. 
  • Emailing it to licensing@aberdeencity.gov.uk
