Parking in these areas is controlled by residential permits and ticket/voucher designated bays. Voucher books have five vouchers each and are available to everyone.
Costs
Costs from 1 April 2023 are:
- £1.65 for up to 2 hours
- £4.95 for a maximum stay of up to 6 hours
Costs from 29 April 2024 are:
- £1.80 for up to 2 hours
- £5.45 for a maximum stay of up to 6 hours
In both Foresterhill and Garthdee, you should check for signs that show where the designated ticket/voucher bays are. Vouchers are not valid in the resident permit only bays. If you use a voucher to park in a resident permit only bay, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.
Foresterhill
There are ticket machines next to the spaces on the streets bordering Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Vouchers bought from outlets are also valid in these bays. Where there are no ticket machines, you must buy a voucher from an outlet, scratch off the relevant information and display the voucher clearly on on the vehicle dashboard.
