A number of developments relating to adult support and protection are currently being progressed in Aberdeen. These include:
• Updates to the Grampian Interagency Procedures
• New Adult Protection Social Work Team
• Revised ASP Operational Procedures
• Implementation of an Initial Referral Discussion (IRD) Process
• Launch of Adult Protection Committee Learning Strategy and Framework, and a Learning & Development Framework and Action Plan for practitioners
