Information drop-in sessions for non-cladded multi storey blocks - week two

16 July 2017

The second week in a series of information sessions for residents of its non-cladded multi-storey properties has been arranged by Aberdeen City Council.

The drop-in sessions are designed to share information with residents and answer questions in relation to fire safety and building standards following the Grenfell Tower disaster in London.

The sessions are being held at venues throughout the city in the coming weeks.

Residents of all Aberdeen City Council multi-storey properties have already received letters providing information and advice. They have also received leaflets about multi storey fire safety from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Drop-in sessions have already been held for people who live in multi storey buildings which have been over-clad.

A selection of Frequently Asked Questions has also been compiled to provide a quick reference guide to more common concerns. This is available at: http://news.aberdeencity.gov.uk/faqs-aberdeen-city-council-multi-storey-properties/.
