Aberdeen City Council seeks People’s Champion 2020
29 January 2020
Aberdeen City Council would like to hear from the public about an individual member of council staff or council team that they think have excelled and would be worthy of the title People’s Champion.
The People’s Champion Award is part of the City Council’s annual Star Awards event which recognises the achievements of projects, teams and individuals within the organisation.
The council is keen to hear about customer service staff, road workers, the street cleaners, grounds staff, social workers, housing staff, teachers or any Aberdeen City Council employee who has gone above and beyond their job to make a genuine difference to someone’s life, or community.
Angela Scott, Chief Executive, Aberdeen City Council said: “The People’s Champion award is a chance for Aberdonians to help us acknowledge a particular individual or team for their outstanding work.
