Aberdeen City Libraries announce the reopening of more libraries

Aberdeen City Libraries will reopen Cornhill Library and Cults Library to the public from the week beginning Monday 04 October.
Ferryhill Library and Torry Library will initially be available for Click & Collect appointments from next week before reopening later this year.
Opening Hours:
Cornhill Library 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (Tuesday & Thursday)
Cults Library 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (Monday & Tuesday)
Ferryhill Library (Click & Collect) 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (Wednesday & Thursday)
Torry Library (Click & Collect) 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (Wednesday & Thursday)
In addition, there will be a temporary change to the opening hours at Cove Library and Culter Library:
Cove Library 10am-1pm (Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday) & 2pm-5pm (Monday/Tuesday/Friday)
Culter Library 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm (Wednesday & Thursday)
Aberdeen City Council’s Convener of Education Operational Delivery Committee, Councillor M. Taqueer Malik, said: “We are pleased to announce that four more of our local libraries will reopen to the public next week. While Covid restrictions have been in place we have been able to offer a range of library services including click and collect, home library and digital online resources, however we appreciate that many in our communities will welcome the opportunity to spend time in their local library.”

Aberdeen City Libraries continue to provide their Click and Collect service, Home Library Service and maintain full access to their wide range of digital online resources including eBooks and eNewspapers.
