Award Winning Jeweller Joins Creative Learning

Aberdeen City Council’s Creative Learning team have designed a new set of jewellery classes to keep up with the public demand for silversmithing and jewellery-making in the city. The new Copper and Silver Jewellery class takes participants through the process of working with fine metals and designing their own pieces. The tutor for the class, Megan Falconer, has won no less than 9 awards since 2015 so has a lot of expertise to pass on!

The class is part of Creative Learning’s Make Your Mark programme which invests in Aberdeen by offering the public chances to explore their creativity. Copper and Silver Jewellery runs on a Saturday at Ruthrieston Community Centre. Places must be booked and paid for in advance by calling 01224611160.
