Business Boosters Go Virtual with Support Programmes
27 November 2020
Business, skills, and redundancy support programmes will be the focus of a Business Boosters webinar next week.
The popular bite-size seminars, which were previously delivered as lunch-and-learn sessions at Marischal College, have moved online. This will be the first of the virtual Business Boosters delivered by Aberdeen City Council to support SMEs. The delivery of online Business Boosters form part of the authority’s continued support to businesses throughout the pandemic.
Skills Development Scotland will relay information about their free Skills for Growth, Work Based Learning and Partnership Action for Continuing Employment (PACE) services, detailing how they can help businesses to grow through free consultancy services, the many and varied benefits of taking on apprentices, and the support available to businesses and individuals facing redundancy situations.
The event takes place on Tuesday, 1 December at 10am. To book your place visit:
The Business Booster seminars cover a diverse range of topics and are designed to help companies realise their full potential. Organisations interested in delivering a virtual Business Booster should contact project officer Alison Simpson by emailing BusinessGrowthTeam@aberdeencity.gov.uk
