New Year waste collections

Please put your bins out for collection as usual this week and we will endeavour to collect them on the scheduled day.

Due to the public holidays today (2 January) and tomorrow there may be some disruption to brown bin collections.

If we have been unable to empty your bin and you are not able to manage until your next collection please leave your bin out and we will aim to collect the waste during the week, up to and including Saturday (7 January).

If your request is urgent then please let us know by calling 03000 200292. Our contact centre will reopen tomorrow (3 January) at 8am. It is possible that the high number of calls will exceed the resource we have in place and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
