Temporary street signs on West North Street

Pedestrians are being advised to adhere to the temporary street signs at the crossing points on West North Street while installation works are carried out.

The planned works below street level are to install ducts as part of the district heat and power scheme. The works are to service North East Scotland College on the Gallowgate.

In the interest of public safety while the works are under way, Aberdeen City Council’s West North Street Car Park’s southern pedestrian exit onto West North Street will remain closed.

The works which began on Monday 03 February are expected to continue until April 2020.
