Union Terrace Gardens: update

Aberdeen City Council has lodged a petition -- a legal document -- with the Court of Session as part of the process of using Common Good land for the proposed redevelopment of Union Terrace Gardens.

The land would continue to be in public ownership. The petition is separate to the on-going planning process.
