Join us as we delve into an insightful conversation on how fantasy and storytelling have moved us beyond just ‘being a fan’ to experiencing fandom in everyday life. Using the novel and television series Outlander and its loyal fan base as a springboard, we take a look at how stories have the power to motivate individuals to engage in community activism, learn new languages and skills, and help to overcome personal hardship.
