Councillor Christian Allard (pictured right) was today appointed Co-Leader of Aberdeen City Council following a vote at Urgent Business Committee.
He replaces Councillor Alex Nicoll, who earlier this month announced that he was standing down from the position. Councillor Nicoll will continue to serve as an Aberdeen City councillor.
Councillor Ian Yuill (left) remains Co-Leader of Aberdeen City Council.
