Outcome: A set of actions for ongoing engagement between the community and the local authority on environmental improvements at St Fitticks Community Park around the East Tullos Burn were agreed.

Outcome Improvement Process:  Joint working between the Council and Tillydrone Flat Association to establish:

  1. Baseline of outcomes being achieved by the Tillydrone Community Flat
  2. Identification of key issues that would impact on future outcomes (if the project relocates to the new community campus)
  3. Projection of the potential impact on future outcomes (if the project relocates to the new community campus) with relevant evidence presented on projected changes to any outcomes.

Information to be submitted to the Council within 8 weeks of process starting to review and determine if the Tillydrone Faly may remain in its current accommodation.

Outcome:  Desired outcome has been agreed.
