Once you have registered for the portal you can log in to:
- View the invoices you have sent the council.
- See the status of your invoice.
- Request copy of BACS Remittance.
- Request a change of details.
If you are unable to find the answer to your question in our self-serve portal please complete our enquiry form and we will reply to you within 10 working days.
