Aberdeen City Council is to consider advancing the delivery of the B999/Shielhill Road junction improvement project within its Capital Programme.
The proposal was made in a motion put forward by Councillors Alison Alphonse and Jessica Mennie.
Options for exploring its accelerated delivery will be considered at a Full Council meeting in August, including any impacts on the wider Capital Programme.
The cost of the project is part funded by developer contributions from the nearby North Dubford Housing Development.
