These listings reflect the current agencies and organisations which are providing advice, care and support across the four SDS options. The inclusion of any one provider should not be taken as an endorsement of them by either Aberdeen City Council or Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership and because of this, individuals together with their family members and, where applicable, their legal representatives are strongly advised to undertake their own research and scrutiny of these agencies and organisations before making their personal selection.
We reserve the right to withdraw any agency or organisation from these listings either on a temporary or permanent basis if following a Care Inspectorate inspection, their grades are evaluated as being "Weak" or "Unsatisfactory" or if following a Large-Scale Investigation (LSI) into adult support and protection matters, the resulting Service Improvement Plan places a 'hold' on further referrals to the service until such time as required improvements have been made.
