The Tillydrone Community Development Trust have requested that the Aberdeen City Council transfer the ownership of the Wallace Tower, Tillydrone Road, Aberdeen to the TCDT under the Disposal of Land by Local Authorities (Scotland) Regulations 2010.
The documents published below are for information only as The Wallace Tower sits on Common Good Land and there is currently an on-going consultation in regards to the proposal to dispose of this Common Good Property. No transfer of ownership for the property can be agreed without the Council receiving authority from the Courts to proceed.
