If you contact us about an insect problem we will provide advice and come out to inspect your property if needed. We will provide any appropriate treatment using an approved insecticide. We will also give you advice about preventing the problem from recurring.
Many insects such as woodlice (slaters), earwigs and spiders are common household insects that don’t affect public health. We don’t provide treatment for these insects, although we can still give you advice on how to prevent any issues.
For insects that can bite humans or spread disease, including bedbugs and fleas, we will provide treatment using an approved pesticide.
Our pest control team are fully trained in the safe use of pesticides and only use approved materials.
