Litter bins and dog waste bins
Aberdeen City Council’s Environmental Service is responsible for emptying over 1200 litter bins on council owned public spaces, roads and pavements. Aberdeen City Council is not installing dog bins in new locations at this time.
There is a schedule for emptying these bins helping to prevent additional litter problems. However, occasionally problems do occur and bins can become over filled. If you notice a bin that has not been emptied or is causing a litter problem please let us know.
