How we use your information

Aberdeen City Council collects, records and maintains information about you in order to approve, and inspect your business and to enforce food legislation in Aberdeen. The information you provide may be used in relation to other functions of the Council’s Protective Services (Environmental Health and Trading Standards) and will be used to update core contact details across the organisation.

The register is not displayed publicly but is open to inspection on request.
