Loans Officer

We have a busy loans programme with works from the Art Gallery & Museums collections going out to temporary exhibitions around the UK and internationally. As loans officer, I deal with all loan requests, check if works are suitable for loan, exchange contracts with borrowers, co-ordinate packing and transport and if required, arrange for a courier to accompany the objects to the exhibition venue. Similarly, I manage loans coming in to the gallery and museums for exhibitions and displays.
