Service Manager - Archives, Gallery & Museums

I’m a jack of all trades and manage the collections team, who look after, curate, research, document, photograph, store, lend and care for the vast collections on display and held in store by Aberdeen City Council’s art gallery and museums. Much of my time involves managing projects, seeking funding and looking for ways to support staff and visitors to get the best out of our collections and the city’s heritage. I’m really interested in finding ways to add to the collections and collections information, keeping them relevant, world-class and discovering new ways to share the objects and information we hold.
